Description

This is a single premium, fixed annuity with a 6-year rate lock and a ten year surrender schedule. After 6 years, owners have a 30-day window to withdraw, transfer, or reinvest their entire account balance. If no action is taken, the annuity continues for another 4 years with a new, decreasing surrender charge.

Two interest rate bands are available. The highest rate is on deposits of $100K or over while a lower rate is offered on amounts between $25K and $99.9K. Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted. Corporate ownership is allowed.
