Description
The Harbourview 10 is a long term, ten-year annuity offering competitive returns and 10% liquidity beginning in year two. After ten years, the account value (principal + interest) is completely liquid and available for withdrawal, reinvestment, or transfer. If no action is taken at renewal, then a new 10-year term begins with a new surrender schedule.
Lower rates are available for deposits between $20K – $70K. Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted and accounts can be established for most corporations. The interest rate is .10% lower for accounts originating in California.
