Description

This is a single premium, multi-year fixed annuity with an eight-year rate guarantee. After eight years, owners have a 30-day window to withdraw all funds, transfer to another annuity, or renew with Oxford Life for a term of their choice. There are no surrender penalties at death. Qualified and non-qualified funds are accepted and an MVA is included.

What We Like About This Annuity

Low minimums to start from an A rated carrier. Policy allows for great liquidity including a penalty-free interest withdrawals in year 1 and 10% free withdrawals of the accumulated value in years 2-8. Rate can be locked in for a longer term with a fair surrender schedule.

Notable Features

For an additional cost of 0.50% of the accumulation value, a Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit (GLWB) is available. Policy also includes (at no cost) Home Healthcare, Terminal Illness and Nursing Home free withdrawal riders.
